Cancellation Policy — Fadeaway Sports Massage and Therapy Gloucester

Our Commitment

We value your time and ask that you value ours. Our cancellation policy exists to ensure fair treatment for all clients and to allow Courtney to manage his schedule effectively.

Notice Requirements

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to another client who may be waiting.

Refund Structure

  • More than 48 hours notice: Full refund of the booking fee paid.
  • Less than 48 hours notice: 50 percent refund of the booking fee paid.
  • No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund. The full booking fee is retained.

How to Cancel

To cancel or reschedule please contact us as soon as possible by calling or texting 07702175674 or emailing info@fadeawaymassage.co.uk. Cancellations via social media or the website chat are not accepted as official notice.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that genuine emergencies and serious illness occur. Each case will be considered individually at Courtney's discretion. Please contact us as soon as you know you cannot attend.

Late Running Appointments

If Courtney is running late for your appointment your session time will not be reduced. If we need to cancel at short notice due to an emergency we will offer you a full rescheduled session or a full refund.

Refund Processing

All refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank.
